That is why we plan underfloor heating in the bathrooms, inverter air conditioners for heating and cooling, good ventilation in the kitchen and bathroom, and moisture-resistant materials wherever they are needed. We choose windows and curtains so that rooms don't overheat in summer or feel dark in winter.
We pick practical furniture and textiles: fabrics that don't fade, easy-to-clean finishes, sturdy made-to-measure cabinetry. That way the interior stays beautiful not just for a season, but for years.
