There are many residential complexes on the high ground here: the windows look out over the bay and the mountains, and in summer it is noticeably quieter than in the resort area.

People often come here for long stays or buy apartments for a peaceful holiday. So their requests are usually about everyday comfort: a convenient kitchen, enough storage, a place to work and a terrace you actually want to use.

Living in Kosharitsa year-round: what to consider in the interior

For those who live in Kosharitsa most of the year, the apartment needs to be a proper home rather than a holiday flat. That changes both the layout and the furniture list.

We design the kitchen for everyday cooking: with roomy cabinets, a proper worktop and space for appliances. In the hallway we plan storage for shoes and outerwear, and elsewhere in the apartment, space for seasonal items, suitcases and sports gear. If you work from home, we set aside a workspace with good light.

For the off-season we plan underfloor heating in the bathrooms, air conditioners that also heat, and quality windows. That way the apartment is just as comfortable in July as it is in January.
