Why working with us is easy
Aheloy belongs to Pomorie municipality and lies on the coast between Ravda and Pomorie, at the mouth of the river of the same name. The name is known from the Battle of Achelous in 917; today it is above all a resort with a wide beach and new residential complexes.
Many apartments here are sold unfinished, ready for interior works, or with the developer's basic finish. That is a convenient starting point: you can get the wiring, lighting, plumbing and storage right from the outset instead of redoing work that has already been done.
We provide interior design, renovation by our own teams and furnishing — including furniture direct from Italian factories. Our projects in Nessebar and Sveti Vlas are close by, so we run projects in Aheloy as usual, with no surcharge for distance.
