Italian furniture is not a single category but dozens of factories with different philosophies, from clean-lined contemporary design to classic pieces with carving and patina. Here is how to find your way around and place an order without unnecessary mark-ups.
Style and design first, factory second
Choosing a factory before the interior and dimensions are settled is a common mistake. We start with the design project: establishing the style, dimensions and amount of storage needed. Only then do we select collections that suit it in style, size and budget.
Contemporary and classic furniture
For contemporary interiors we work with factories such as Poliform, Minotti, Flexform, Rugiano and Visionnaire. For classic interiors, with Francesco Molon, Busnelli Adamo, Mantellassi, Turri and others. For kitchens, Scavolini, Snaidero and Aran Cucine. In total, our list includes 37 factories.
Lead times: build them into the renovation schedule
Most Italian furniture is made to order. That is why it is best to place the order as soon as the specification is approved, in parallel with the renovation, so that the furniture arrives when the work is finished rather than months later.
Why ordering direct pays off
- The order is placed directly with the factory, with no chain of intermediaries.
- All finishes and fabrics in the collection are available, not just what is on display in a showroom.
- A single manager handles the order: selection, pricing, logistics and installation.
- The furniture is delivered to the property and assembled by our specialists.
How we work
Consultation, a shortlist of factories and collections, a commercial proposal, ordering from the factory, international delivery and installation. If you already know what you want, send us the models and we will calculate the cost including delivery.
